The metal incorporation reactions of [Mo3S4(H2O)9]4+ with Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, In, and Sn as well as that of [W3S4(H2O)9]4+ with Ni, to yield mixed-metal aqua clusters are discussed.  All the procedures described are conducted under a dinitrogen atm. unless otherwise stated.
