On Some Methods for the Simultaneous Determination of Polynomial Zeros

This is a study of some methods for the simultaneous determination of polynomial zeros. First, it is shown that Tanabe's method is Chebyshev's applied to a system of nonlinear equations. Next, a unified convergence analysis is given for some known methods with cubic rate of convergence.
