Various machines are used in a noodle manufacturing process. One of them is a kneading machine that makes noodle dough. Mixing blade is optimally designed for a predetermined input amount in a general way. In this study, a powder in mixing process was simulated with the Discrete Element Method to study the effect of blade form. We investigated cohesion force between particles in DEM simulations.
