本報告は、情報工学科における TA・SA 制度の運用改善と事前研修の実践について、DX
化の観点から検討したものである。割付表の設計、Zoom 録画や Google フォームの活用、
指導資料による教育的意識の醸成を通じて、教育支援の質向上と人材育成を目指した取り
組みを整理した。アンケート結果と振り返りから、制度の有効性や改善の方向性が示唆さ
れた。
