There are many unknown and complicated mechanisms in a photosynthesis by plants, because the photosynthesis should be done by many complicated organelles in the chloroplast. We investigate only the mechanism of the catalytic decomposition of a water by a organelle Photo System II (PS II) in a chloroplast, whose crystal structure has been reported up to now. Through the study of revealing the mechanism of the decomposition of a water in a plant by a theoretical approach, making the hydrogen evolution catalyst. It makes the theoretical basis for making the hydrogen evolution catalyst and efficient decomposition of water to elucidate the processes performed by the electronic state calculation. We also calculate the similar catalyst in order to compare the electronic structures and the mechanisms of the decomposition of a water by means of DV-Xα molecular orbital calculation.
