Specific heat of Yb pnictides with anti-Th3P4 structure

The γ-value of the specific heat in Yb pnictides with the anti-Th3P4 structure has a tendency to increase with decreasing weight of the pnictogen, however, there is a large difference between Yb4Sb3 and Yb4As3. The large γ-value of Yb4As3 is strongly related to the charge ordering and the Kondo state in the low carrier concentration system.
