Magnetic and transport properties in Yb4As2.7Sb0.3

Magnetic, transport and specific heat measurements were carried out in Yb4As2.7Sb0.3 between 4.2 and 300 K. Contrary to our expectations this sample showed enhanced heavy fermion behavior compared to Yb4As3, and the carrier concentration remained extremely low.
