A Study of Strategies Utilizing Hospitality in the Hotel Industry Based on the Cases of Dotonbori Hotel and Super Hotel
This paper focuses on examining "hospitality" corporate activities through the approach of valuing co-creation marketing and the value co-creation enterprise system. The "hospitality" in this paper is defined as "activities by companies to enhance the context of customers through interaction with them." The value co-creation enterprise system is an organizational activity aimed at enhancing the context of customers, starting from the interaction between companies and customers. The purpose of this paper is to examine strategies for leveraging "hospitality" in the tourism industry using the framework established with the concept of value co-creation enterprise system. |
