This report is a summary of record on which Nagasaki International University and Nagasaki University held a joint workshop on physical education class in 2017. The workshop aimed to promote teacher training improvement for the faculty and students in a teacher training course. In the workshop, 6 faculty members and 46 students participated and conducted 4 trial teaching sessions and reflection sessions. Based on evaluations of the trial teaching sessions and reflection sessions, there were achievements in improving the practical ability of the participants' teaching skills through active discussions.
