Summary
This paper presents a modelling and simulation environment of a quadrotor helicopter: a tool for the evaluation of rotorcraft systems under development and/or manufacturing. Parameter tuning and flight verification are done under simulation before performing flights in real working conditions. Several experimental examples prove the usability of the proposed simulation environment.
