Research results show that lecturing is not sufficient to complete students' education in many disciplines. The learning-by doing approach enhances students' understanding of basic concepts and makes learning process more efficient and enjoyable. In this paper we present a set of tools for interactive learning, which are aimed at improving the understanding of and skils for analysis and design of control systems. The tools can be used by the students for solving seminar problems and individual learning, and can be implemented as a teaching aid during the lectures in classical automatic control.
