Based on recent discussions on QoE, it is expected that user's own cognition, experience, and knowledge will affect quality evaluation in the process of acceptance of new services with 5G. In this study, I conducted an experiment and a questionnaire survey to evaluate video quality and analyzed factors that influence the quality evaluation. As the result of statistical modeling, several models including individual differences among respondents showed good fit. Not only conditions of low resolution and high latency, but also condition of "5G" logo in the movie had an influence on overall evaluation of video quality in the direction of lowering the rating.
