The purpose of this study is to develop a systematic table associated with the number line diagram for the system up to the 4th grade, which leads to the learning of the ratio of the 5th grade. Regarding the method of development, in addition to organizing the learning system leading to the usage of ratio 3 in the learning up to grade 4, a systematic table was created in association with the number line diagrams and explanations. This systematic table clarified the system of the three usages of the ratio in the second grade and above, and made it possible to overlook the importance of the instruction along with the instruction of the number line diagram. In the future, it is necessary to practice using the phylogenetic table developed in this study and to consider and improve the effects of both teachers and children.
